Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Outdoors. Tasks: Clean the crops. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Hand harvesting vegetables. Mixing fertilizer. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Weeding. Clean work area. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Work under pressure. Hand-eye co-ordination. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Sitting. Walking. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
