Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Repair cracks and holes. Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted. Paint small items and apply touch-ups using paint brushes. Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Construction specialization: Residential. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
