Our unique programs allow passionate individuals to make a difference in their communities. Job Summary:The Developmental Worker works hands on with Hope's Home children with complex medical or behavioural needs, to help each child learn, grow, and reach their full potential. They build and maintain a warm, caring, trusting and responsive relationship with each child. By working closely with the Hope's Home team and outside professionals, they help create and implement each child's individualized program plan that supports the child's developmental goals and objectives. This position reports to the Supportive Living Manager and does not have any direct reports. Eligibility to apply: is between 18 (Hopes Home standards) and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, S.C. 2001, c. 27*; and is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.*International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents Location: Prince Albert Supportive Living- Location Prince Albert, SK
