*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Produce Associate to join our team. *Work Schedule* * 25-40 hours per week * Must be available during *1:00 ? 4:00 PM* (may include additional hours) *Responsibilities* * Ensure the produce department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding produce selection, preparation, and storage. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce department. * Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and provide assistance as needed. *Requirements* * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs * Previous experience in supermarket settings is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. * Familiarity with retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and marketing principles. * Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities.
