Summary: This is an amazing opportunity for a *Licensed Physiotherapist* in Alberta. To join one of the best and fast growing wellness clinic. *The Inner Wellness* is looking for a Licensed Physiotherapist, to join the position in SE Clinic and then be available for the NE Clinic, based in Calgary, AB. We utilize an integrative, evidence-based, whole-body approach to patient care with a strong emphasis on collaboration between practitioners. You will have the opportunity to work with chiropractors certified in the _Webster technique_, a specific prenatal assessment & treatment protocol, while helping support our growing prenatal & postpartum patient base with comprehensive care. Our growing clinic currently offers , massage therapy , Naturopath ,Acupuncture , Homeopathy. Our team is energetic, caring, dedicated and passionate about patient care & we are looking for a like minded physiotherapist to join our amazing team. Our ideal team member will have the following attributes: * Hard-working, kind, reliable & professional * Energetic with a positive attitude * Passionate about helping others & making patient care top priority * Self- motivated to build & maintain a patient base * Thrives in a collaborative, team environment Responsibilities: * Perform thorough assessments for patients based on their symptoms and medical history * Develop individualized treatment plans & rehab for patients based on their unique goals * Provide hands on therapy to patients using a wide variety of techniques * Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and lifestyle modifications. * Maintain accurate and up to date patient records * Maintain clean & organized treatment rooms & common areas * Willing to do light reception occasionally (taking payments, rebooking patients only when needed) * Collaborate with other professionals to offer the best integrative care Qualifications/ Requirements: * Masters or Doctorate degree in Physiotherapy * Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta * Professional Liability insurance * Experience with Prenatal/ Post Partum care is highly desirable * Passionate about utilizing manual therapy techniques * Ability to work independently & as part of a team * Commitment to professional growth through continued learning & collaboration We provide: * Competitive % split * Flexible Hours * Internal referral system as the only physiotherapist * Beautiful & Private, fully furnished treatment rooms equipped with adjustable tables & table warmers * On site laundry * Variety of Pre-natal pillows * Extracorpeal shockwave therapy unit * Hydrocollator Unit * Direct Billing * Electronic Health Records, online booking & ability to view schedule remotely via Jane App * Coffee/Tea/Snacks * A safe & welcoming environment in which to grow your business If you are looking to build a thriving, long term career and work with a team that is fun, collaborative, dedicated to patient care & supports one another like family then this is the place for you!
