<span id="spandesc"><div>We are looking for a customer-driven Condominium Property Manager to join the CIE Property Management & Consulting team!<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>CIE provides condominium property management and consulting services with a wide range of clients across the Great Toronto Area. They are a technology-forward company with an intense focus on organizational efficiency, proactive customer service and concierge-level services.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operation of a portfolio of properties within the Halton Region area.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Compensation:</b><br/></div><div>$60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits + Education Allowance<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Hours of Work:</b><br/></div><div>9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)<br/></div><div>Evenings and weekends on occasion will be required.<br/></div><div><br/></div><h3 >Responsibilities<br/></h3><ul><li>Develop a good working relationship through regular and proactive communication with owners and trades.<br/></li><li>Direct and supervise superintendents, cleaners, security officers and other onsite personnel.<br/></li><li>Create, present and manage the budget for the Condominium Corporation, including Capital Expenditures, with P&L responsibility.<br/></li><li>Chair the Board of Directors meetings, both annual AGMs and on a monthly/quarterly basis.<br/></li><li>Prepare AGM packages and reports for Board of Directors Meetings.<br/></li><li>Prepare recommendations for repairs and coordinating with the trades to complete. <br/></li><li>Ensure maintenance standards through personal inspections of both interior and exterior of property and projects.<br/></li><li>Ensure the Condominium Corporation property meets the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other applicable legislation.<br/></li><li>Ensure Condominium Corporation's insurance policy is renewed in a timely manner.<br/></li><li>Ensure all maintenance logs and checklists are kept up-to-date.<br/></li><li>Compose and process various documents, reports and correspondence to unit owners, residents/tenants, Board of Directors, and Contractor's/Service Providers.<br/></li><li>Ensure timely collection of Common Element Fees from unit owners, including outstanding arrears.<br/></li><li>Keep tight control on expenses to remain within budget targets and profit goals.<br/></li><li>Check emails, correspondence, faxes and answer or forward as required.<br/></li><li>Work closely with the CEO to obtain direction and report back as needed.<br/></li><li>Other tasks as required.<br/></li></ul></span><br/><span id="spanreq"><h3>Requirements</h3><div><ul><li><b>Licensing: </b>Must hold a valid CMRAO Limited or General License.<br/></li><li><b>Experience: </b>2+ years of experience in Condominium Property Management.<br/></li><li><b>Tech Proficiency:</b> Comfort level with Buildium (or similar ERP) and the Microsoft Office Suite.<br/></li><li><b>Communication: </b>Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can navigate a difficult Board meeting with professionalism and poise.<br/></li><li><b>Mobility: </b>A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for site visits throughout the Halton Region.<span></span><br/></li></ul></div></span><br/><span id="spanben"><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li><b>Professional Growth: </b>Paid CMRAO licensing fees and an annual educational allowance.<br/></li><li><b>Modern Tools: </b>Fully integrated Buildium environment to make your reporting and communication seamless.<br/></li><li><b>Work-Life Balance: </b>A hybrid work model with flexible scheduling to balance site visits and office time.<br/></li><li><b>Support: </b>Access to a dedicated accounting and administrative team.<br/></li><li><b>Benefits: </b>Extended health care, dental, vision and life.<br/></li></ul><div><br/></div><div>If you have <b>experience in Property Management</b- Location Milton, ON
