If you are looking to transition your strong customer service background into a stable, Monday-to-Friday corporate role, we provide the support and challenges you need for rapid professional growth.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>What You Will Do</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and finding the best solutions for our clients.</li><li>Open, update, and maintain detailed customer accounts and records.</li><li>Conduct online research using our proprietary databases to price product selections.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>What You Bring</strong></strong></p><ul><li>A fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook are mandatory.</li><li>A background in hospitality, customer service, or marketing is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities, an eye for quality, and basic math proficiency.</li><li>Ready to work a full-time, strictly on-site schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).</li><li>Bilingual (English/French) candidates and those with promotional industry experience will be given preference.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Compensation & Perks</strong></strong></p><ul><li><strong><strong>Pay:</strong></strong> $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (with future earning potential of $40k-$75k/year).</li><li><strong><strong>Health & Wealth:</strong></strong> Comprehensive benefits including Health & Wellness spending accounts, dental/vision care, and RRSP contributions.</li><li><strong><strong>The Extras:</strong></strong> Free on-site parking, a casual dress code, quarterly company events, and free staff lunch every Friday!</li></ul></div></div>- Location Ottawa, ON
