Duties We are looking for someone to join our team who has a flexible schedule that can work anywhere from 10am-8pm Monday-Friday. (Our operational hours change based on the season) As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients as part of a specialty program team. Your duties will include: * Follow-up with customers through phone, text and/or email. * Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Calling, screening and booking appointments * Acknowledging and resolving patient concerns * Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. * Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. * Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. * Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. * Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Proficiency in data entry and computer systems * Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are desirable * Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions If you are a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with customers and providing top-notch service, we would love to hear from you.
