Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Direct and control daily operations . Direct staff. Supervise other workers. Train other workers. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee payroll administration. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Maintain and manage digital database. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Conduct performance reviews. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day.
