*Overview* We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient with office software, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus, but not required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. *Duties* * Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally at the front desk * Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks * Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently * Assist with filing, document proofreading, and other clerical tasks to support office operations * Provide exceptional customer support and maintain a welcoming environment * Manage administrative responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents * Support bookkeeping activities including basic record keeping and invoice processing * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance *Experience* * Prior office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles * Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service is essential * Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills required * Medical or dental office experience is advantageous but not mandatory * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills necessary for interacting with clients and team members * Ability to type accurately and proofread documents effectively * Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Experience: * Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Peace River, AB
