Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Implement marketing activities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Establish work schedules. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
