*Job Summary* We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in various office software. The Front Desk Agent will handle administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily office functions to ensure smooth operations. *Duties* * Greet visitors and clients promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming environment * Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately * Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with staff as needed * Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software * Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, including medical or dental records if applicable * Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and proofreading documents * Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software * Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette * Manage front desk supplies inventory and place orders when necessary * Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times *Skills* * Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, ideally in a medical or dental office setting * Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools * Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus * Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records * Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and professionally * Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles preferred, especially within medical or dental offices * Capable of managing filing systems and supporting administrative functions effectively This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and excellent organizational skills are valued.
