*Ace Wellness Clinic* is a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic located in Walnut Grove, Langley. At Ace Wellness, we're committed to providing holistic, individualized, client-centered rehabilitation and prehabilitation programs with the latest research, innovation, and treatment and training techniques, of course, with a spoonful of compassion. We have a 600 square-foot gym with turf, cable system, and squat racks as well as a throwing wall. We also have a Pilates reformer in our studio that can be used with your patients. You want mentorship? Let's talk! We have experienced therapists that have a wide variety of backgrounds that range from sports physiotherapy to vestibular rehabilitation. We're located just off Hwy 1, with high visibility and a growing list of patients! *Qualifications/Experience:* * Registered Kinesiologist with BC Association of Kinesiologists (and BC resident) * Previous clinic experience an asset * Previous sports or weight training experience an asset *Responsibilities:* * Conduct functional assessments to evaluate movement, strength, endurance, and flexibility. * Develop and implement personalized exercise programs to support rehabilitation, chronic disease management, or fitness goals. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and physicians. * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback. * Educate clients on proper body mechanics, posture, and lifestyle changes to promote physical well-being. * Document client treatment plans and progress in compliance with regulatory standards. * Adhere to the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) code of ethics and professional standards. * Provide active rehabilitation services for clients recovering from injury, including ICBC or workplace injury claims. * Conduct ergonomic assessments in workplaces to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. * Stay current with continuing education and evidence-based practices in kinesiology. * Ensure safety during physical activity and recognize contraindications to exercise. * Promote health and physical activity within the community and various populations. *What you can expect:* * Competitive compensation with percentage-based income * Gym space and private treatment rooms * Online booking system managed by our front desk staff * Flexible and accommodating work schedule * Close collaboration with a highly-skilled team of physiotherapists, RMTs, and kinesiologists * Full-time reception and administrative support * Direct billing with all major insurance providers, ICBC and WorkSafe * All supplies provided Check out our website to learn more about our clinic: www.acewellnessclinic.com Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site gym * On-site parking Work Location: In person
