As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking for an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in automation, control systems, and industrial data acquisition.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Your Role <br> <br>As part of the Engineering team, you will serve as a technical reference for electrical installations and automation systems. You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and deploying industrial solutions that support real-time monitoring and data-driven performance improvements. <br> <br>Key responsibilities include: <br> <br>Designing, programming, and configuring PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; <br>Leading and supporting FAT and SAT testing activities; <br>Designing electrical control panels and preparing technical documentation using AutoCAD Electrical; <br>Selecting and sizing electrical components and equipment; <br>Reviewing and approving drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; <br>Optimizing Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for standardized products; <br>Supporting product certification activities (CSA, UL, CE); <br>Providing technical support to sales, commissioning, and operations teams; <br>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability; <br>Contributing to innovation, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives. <br> <br>Working Conditions: <br> <br>Permanent full-time position; <br>Competitive compensation package based on experience; <br>Comprehensive group insurance program; <br>Employer-supported retirement savings plan; <br>Employee Assistance Program and telemedicine services; <br>Career growth and professional development opportunities; <br>Innovative and collaborative work environment; <br>Employee recognition program and social activities; <br>Work-life balance with Friday afternoons off; <br>Personal and sick leave bank. <br> <br>If you're looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing environment and contribute to innovative industrial projects, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your Profile: <br> <br>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automated Production Engineering; <br>Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ); <br>2 to 5 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience; <br>Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. electrical codes; <br>Experience with instrumentation and control systems, including VFDs and process instrumentation; <br>Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical; <br>Knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial networking, and data acquisition platforms; <br>Experience with Python, C#, or similar programming languages is considered an asset; <br>Familiarity with hazardous area classifications is an asset; <br>Excellent communication skills in both French and English; <br>Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and teamwork abilities.</p> <br><br>- Location Blainville, QC
