We are currently looking for a motivated, licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong diagnostic abilities, a positive attitude, and the desire to take pride in their work. At All About Tire & Wheel, hard work is recognized and rewarded. Requirements * Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S / Red Seal) * Valid Ontario Driver's License * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Experience working on a wide range of makes and models * Ability to perform repairs independently from diagnosis to completion * Comfortable using repair information systems such as Alldata * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail * Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and drivability concerns * Perform routine maintenance and inspections * Prepare accurate estimates and recommendations using Alldata and shop management software * Perform wheel alignments using our Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment system * Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and customers * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Performance and profit-based commission opportunities * Modern equipment and tools * Consistent workflow and year-round employment * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for training and professional growth If you're an experienced technician who enjoys diagnostics, quality repairs, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
