<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Provide professional and courteous service, addressing customer concerns and offering tailored solutions.</li><li><strong>Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:</strong> Diagnose truck equipment issues and collaborate with technicians for timely resolution.</li><li><strong>Service Recommendations:</strong> Offer detailed advice on repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for truck equipment and accessories.</li><li><strong>Appointment Coordination:</strong> Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficiency and minimal wait times.</li><li><strong>Documentation & Record-Keeping:</strong> Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and work performed.</li><li><strong>Pricing & Quoting:</strong> Provide transparent pricing estimates and explain cost breakdowns to customers.</li><li><strong>Customer Follow-Up:</strong> Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service and addressing any concerns.</li><li><strong>Product Knowledge & Training:</strong> Stay updated on industry trends and attend training to enhance expertise.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and improve customer service.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Safety:</strong> Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.</li><li><strong>Parts Identification & Ordering:</strong> Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts, manage inventory, and track orders.</li><li><strong>Technical Assistance:</strong> Offer guidance on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.</li><li><strong>Warranty Claims:</strong> Support customers with warranty claims and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.</li><li><strong>Shipping & Receiving:</strong> Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.</li></ul>- Location Scarborough, ON
