We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>We are seeking an Assistant Controller for a manufacturing company located in Laval. <br> <br>Under the supervision of the controller, your duties will include: <br> <br>-Participate in the monthly closing process (journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis) <br>-Prepare monthly financial statements and monitor the budget <br>-Prepare tax returns and certain tax reports <br>-Support external auditors and prepare year-end documents <br>-Assist in the preparation of financial administrative documents <br>-Manage the operations of two entities, including intercompany transactions <br>-Monitor cash flow (bank accounts and credit cards) <br>-Use EPICOR and QuickBooks, particularly for bank reconciliations <br>-Other related tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>What we?re looking for: <br>-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) <br>-At least 2-3 years of experience <br>-Corporate experience (a plus) <br>-Bilingual in French and English <br> <br> <br> <br>What we offer: <br>-37.5-hour workweek <br>-3-4 weeks of vacation <br>-Group insurance <br>-Flexible schedule</p> <br><br>- Location Laval, QC
