<p>Who we are  At Heart & Stroke our mission is to promote health, save lives and enhance recovery.</p><p>We are committed to a culture that exemplifies our core values: champion health, practice humility, embrace change, drive impact, learn and grow and be heartfelt as we work together to beat heart disease and stroke.  We believe in equity, diversity and inclusion ― it’s embedded in our values and core mission work to support all people in Canada to lead healthier lives.</p><p>We are committed to applying this principle to cultivate a welcoming environment that embraces diversity among our employees.</p><p>Candidates from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to, Indigenous peoples, racialized communities, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, women, and people living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.  To learn more about our mission, values, commitment to EDI, and the difference Heart & Stroke makes in the lives of people in Canada at every age, please  visit our website .  The opportunity  Please note Heart & Stroke offers a hybrid work option. Candidates will need to have the flexibility to work from the office (Yonge & Eglinton) at least 1-3x per month and occasionally more, based on the needs of the business.    Heart & Stroke is seeking a seasoned brand marketer who is driven to make a meaningful difference in the health of Canadians.</p><p>The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, delivery, and implementation of integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, shaping campaign strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders and providing day-to-day leadership across complex, cross-functional initiatives.  This role translates organizational priorities into cohesive, insight-led strategies that align Brand, Fundraising, Mission, Communications, Media, and Analytics teams.</p><p>Working in close partnership with the Director, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate a high degree of independence, leading campaign planning and execution within a fast-paced, continuous marketing cycle.</p><p>With three major campaigns delivered annually, the role requires an experienced marketer who can independently drive progress, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions while ensuring seamless coordination across teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.      How you will make an impact every day  Marketing Strategy Development & Campaign Planning  Serve as a key strategic partner to the Director of Brand Marketing in annual planning and campaign development    Own day-to-day leadership of integrated planning processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders, partners, timelines and deliverables    Translate strategic priorities into integrated, market-facing campaigns working in close partnership with internal teams including Mission, Fundraising, Communications and others   Lead development of clear actionable briefs and provide direction to creative, media and research partners to ensure work is aligned to objectives, insights and brand standards   Drive the development of content calendars, key fundraising messages and campaign narratives   Own the implementation of the annual brand tracking study, to ensure quality, timelines and actionable outputs that inform planning  Campaign Management & Execution  Lead day-to-day management of external agency partners (creative and media) providing strategic oversight to ensure go-to-market plans are developed and executed effectively  &- Location Toronto, ON
