Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assemble mechanical equipment. Coach and instruct apprentices. Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Supervise other workers. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Operate machining tools to fabricate parts. Installing machinery and equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers .
