The Manager, Community Outreach and Support Services provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Newo Yotina Friendship Centre's Community Outreach and Support Services portfolio. This includes responsibility for the drop-in centre, community outreach initiatives, food security programming, harm reduction supports, and other community-based services designed to improve the health, safety, and well-being of community members. The Manager is responsible for program planning, staff supervision, service delivery, partnership development, reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Working within a culturally safe, trauma-informed, and harm reduction framework, the Manager ensures programs are responsive to community needs while advancing NYFC's mission of supporting Indigenous individuals, families, and communities.The Manager plays a key leadership role in developing services that reduce barriers, promote wellness, and connect community members to housing, healthcare, cultural programming, and other supports.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight for Community Outreach and Support Services programs.Ensure programs are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, funding agreements, and best practices.Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and work plans.Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation.Ensure services are culturally safe, client-centered, trauma-informed, and responsive to community needs.Oversee program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.Prepare reports required by funders, senior management, and the Board of Directors.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff, students, and volunteers.Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate program coverage.- Location Regina, SK
