Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic. Tasks: Monitor patients and advise physician of any changes in patients' condition. Address and document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work. Area of specialization: Palliative care.
