Position #: 080485 Expected Start Date: August 16, 2026 Union: SEIU Facility: Providence Place City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Long-Term Care - Unit 2 - Raphael&St. Vincent Community Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.75 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 21 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
