*Position: *Farm Laborer *Location: *Iron Springs, Alberta *Job Type:* Seasonal -full time :from January 4 2027 to January 4 2028 *About Us* Witdouck Farms is a family-run farm specializing in crop production and pollination services. Our team plays a vital role in supporting high-yield, sustainable farming across Alberta. We value teamwork, respect, and dedication ? and we welcome workers who take pride in helping crops grow and thrive. *Position Summary* As a *Farm Laborer*, you?ll be part of a hands-on team helping and working closely with supervisors and other team members in the field, with attention to detail and safety. *Main Duties* * Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment * Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols always * General farm duties *What We?re Looking For* * Hard-working, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather * Team player with good communication and attitude * Able to lift to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods * Willingness to learn and follow instructions * Valid driver?s license or experience in farm works an asset * 1 to 2 years of experience with bees, crops, or agriculture preferred, but *training provided* *What We Offer* * Competitive pay with growth opportunity * Training and skill development in pollination * A positive, team-oriented work environment *How to apply:* If this position sounds like a good fit for you, please apply today.
