Employees gain access to an RRSP employer match after six months and enjoy unique time-off perks, including four annual personal days and a paid day off for their birthday. *Job Statement:* The Production Staffing Administrator is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and administration of workforce scheduling, time and attendance records, labor reporting, and agency workforce tracking. Working closely with Production Managers, Supervisors, Staffing Agencies, and the Payroll Coordinator, this role ensures that all employee and agency labor hours are accurately captured, validated, and aligned with approved schedules, company policies, and Ontario employment standards. By proactively monitoring workforce data, this position identifies discrepancies, resolves timekeeping or scheduling issues, and maintains the complete records required to support payroll processing, staffing decisions, and agency invoice reconciliation *Essential Functions:* * Monitor, track, and validate employee and agency labor hours to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Review and approve employee time and attendance records, including punches, schedule exceptions, and attendance adjustments. * Collect, audit, and reconcile timesheets, attendance records, and workforce data to identify missing information, errors, and discrepancies. * Investigate and resolve variances between scheduled and worked hours, missing punches, attendance exceptions, overtime concerns, and labor reporting inaccuracies. * Collaborate with Production Managers and Supervisors to confirm staffing requirements, schedule adherence, shift coverage, and workforce utilization. * Maintain accurate agency workforce records and support the investigation and resolution of discrepancies related to agency hours, attendance records, and invoicing. * Work closely with the Payroll Coordinator to ensure workforce data is accurate, complete, and available to support payroll processing and labor reconciliation activities. * Monitor compliance with company attendance policies and Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) requirements relating to hours of work, overtime, and rest periods. * Address and document attendance and timekeeping concerns, including unauthorized early clock-ins, recurring attendance issues, and policy violations. * Generate accurate labor, attendance, scheduling, and workforce reports for operational and management review. * Maintain accurate records and documentation to support payroll, compliance r- Location Scarborough, ON
