As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Construction Estimator who wants to grow with us. We're seeking an estimator with approximately 3?7 years of construction estimating experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. Applications will be reviewed as they're received, so early applications are encouraged._ *What You'll Be Doing* * Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications. * Review tender documents and identify project requirements. * Prepare quotations, tenders, and bid submissions. * Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors where required. * Communicate with clients, builders, project managers, and internal team members throughout the estimating process. * Assist with successful project handoffs to our operations team. * Maintain estimating records and bid tracking. * Identify opportunities to improve estimating systems and processes as we continue to grow. *What We're Looking For?* *Qualifications* * Approximately 3?7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry. * Strong ability to read architectural drawings and specifications. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple bids while meeting deadlines. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). * A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to a collaborative workplace. *Experience Considered an Asset* * Commercial construction estimating. * Painting or finishing trades. * Production residential or custom home construction. * Experience with estimating software, specifically Blue Beam. *Who You Are* _You take pride in producing accurate work and following through on your commitments.
