Prepare and draft various legal documents and professional correspondence.<br/></div><div>? Draft template letters, memoranda, and different legal procedures.<br/></div><div>? Provide support during trials, examinations, and other stages of the judicial process, and prepare the required documentation.<br/></div><div>? Interact with clients by phone and in person in a professional manner.<br/></div><div>? Schedule and coordinate client appointments.<br/></div><div>? Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, including reminder systems.<br/></div><div>? Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.<br/></div><div>? Perform various administrative and related tasks as required by the team.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:<br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Diploma in Legal Secretarial Studies.<br/></div><div>? 3 years of experience as a legal assistant within a law firm.<br/></div><div>? Litigation experience required.<br/></div><div>? Fluency in French and English to communicate effectively with a bilingual clientele and handle documentation in both languages.<br/></div><div>? Strong administrative and organizational skills.<br/></div><div>? Ability to draft correspondence and standard documents with minimal supervision.<br/></div><div>? Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.<br/></div><div>?
