Spencer's Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Front Store Clerk/Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This full-time role combines front-store customer service with pharmacy support in a professional and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:-Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.-Operate the cash register, stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain store cleanliness.-Assist with inventory management, promotional displays, and front-store operations.-Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with prescription entry, labelling, packaging, and inventory tasks under supervision.-Answer phones, complete clerical duties, assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers, and support daily pharmacy operations.-Handle customer concerns professionally and follow all store policies and procedures. Qualifications:-Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.-Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.-Retail, cashiering, merchandising, or pharmacy experience is an asset.-Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Kroll experience is an asset.-Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.-Ability to stand for extended periods.-Criminal Record Check required.
