Your enthusiasm and dedication will help uphold our reputation for outstanding service and hospitality excellence. *Responsibilities* * Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, following established standards. * Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold a pristine environment. * Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety. * Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. * Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene. *Skills* * Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting. * Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures. * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. * Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively. * Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as required. * Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
