*Job Description* Are you energetic, dependable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced food service environment? We are looking for a versatile *Kitchen & Customer Service Staff Member* to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our evening operations handling everything from welcoming customers at the register and prepping fresh ingredients to cooking orders to perfection and maintaining a sparkling clean kitchen. We are seeking someone who takes pride in great food and exceptional customer service. This position starts as *Part-Time with strong potential to transition into Full-Time* for high-performing team members. *Shift & Schedule Requirements* * *Hours:* Night shift (*6:00 PM ? 1:00 AM*) * *Availability:* Must be consistently available to work evening and late-night shifts, including weekends as scheduled. *Key Responsibilities & Duties Customer Service & Front of House* * Warmly greet customers, take orders, and answer menu questions. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register, cash register, and process card payments accurately. * Ensure front-of-house areas and counter spaces remain clean and organized. *Food Prep & Cooking* * Prepare menu items and assemble dishes accurately according to standard recipes and customer orders. * Wash, chop, and portion ingredients ahead of time to keep food prep efficient. * Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. *Cleaning & Maintenance* * Perform end-of-shift cleaning tasks, including wiping down prep stations, sweeping/mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. * Dishwashing and proper storage of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. * Dispose of trash, recyclables, and food waste in accordance with safety guidelines. * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards at all times. *Skills & Qualifications* * *Experience:* Previous experience in food service, food prep, cashiering, or customer service is a plus (willing to train the right candidate!). * *Multi-tasking:* Ability to balance front-of-house guest interactions with back-of-house kitchen tasks. * *Reliability:* Strong work ethic and punctual attendance for the 6:00 PM ? 1:00 AM shift. * *Pace & Stamina:* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. * *Communication:* Friendly demeanor with solid communication skills to work well in a team. * *Certifications:* Local food handling / food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). *Job Details* * *Job Type:* Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time) * *Shift:* Evening / Night Shift (6:00 PM ? 1:00 AM) Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
