We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to create a caseload that aligns with your lifestyle and interests. *Why Join Us?* * *Commitment to Client Care:* We prioritize the well-being and meaningful progress of our clients and families. * *Competitive Compensation:* We offer rates that are highly competitive within the field. * *Hybrid Flexibility:* Enjoy a balanced caseload with approximately 50% virtual sessions and 50% in-person visits to daycares, schools, homes, and community settings. * *Flexible Scheduling:* Part-time or full-time opportunities with control over your schedule. * *Collaborative Environment:* Join a growing practice where your ideas and expertise are valued, and where you'll help shape best practices that support both exceptional client outcomes and business growth. * *Opportunities for Growth:* As our practice continues to expand, there are opportunities to grow your caseload, develop areas of clinical interest, contribute to program development, and take on leadership initiatives within the practice. *Responsibilities* * Provide in-person and virtual speech assessments and services for clients of all ages. * Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support carryover of skills across environments. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. *Qualifications* * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). * *Minimum of 2 years *of post-graduation experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations. * Comfortable working with a *diverse range of clients* across the lifespan and varying communication needs. * Experience supporting clients with *autism spectrum disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, social communication/pragmatic language difficulties, and stuttering* . * Experience providing virtual care is preferred. * Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for onsite visits. * Computer with a reliable internet connection and webcam. * Multilingual abilities are considered an asset. *Availability* * Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week (up to as many as you would like!), including some evenings and/or weekends (Evenings are 4:00?7:00pm and Saturday/Sunday mornings from 8:00am?12:00pm. *Interested in joining our team?* Please complete our application form: https://forms.gle/UfsLGWTZ8GHFZtVw6 Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Application question(s): * Eligible to work in Ontario, Canada?
