*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Director to lead and manage our early childhood education center. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while guiding a dedicated team committed to excellence in early childhood education. *Duties* * Lead the overall management of the daycare center, including staff supervision, program development, and compliance with licensing standards * Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning through play * Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors at all times * Recruit, train, and support caregiving staff to uphold high standards of classroom experience and caregiving practices * Foster strong relationships with families by communicating regularly about their children's progress and needs * Coordinate activities that support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements * Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations *Experience* * Proven classroom experience working directly with young children in early childhood education settings * Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs to support inclusive learning environments * Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams of caregivers or educators in a childcare or educational setting * Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving and teaching * Strong organizational skills to oversee program activities, staff schedules, and compliance documentation * Background in caregiving roles that emphasize nurturing, patience, and positive engagement with children Join us as a Daycare Director to lead with enthusiasm, foster growth in young learners, and create an inspiring environment where every child feels valued.
