Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Offshore drilling rig. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Estimate costs and materials. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Read blueprints and drawings. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
