Done Correctly Inc. is Hiring Experienced Concrete Finisher Done Correctly Inc. is looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our growing team for the upcoming construction season. We specialize in both residential and commercial concrete projects, including driveways, sidewalks, pads, curbs, and decorative finishes. We are looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality work and can operate independently on site when needed. Responsibilities: Finishing concrete to a high standard (residential & commercial)Screeding, floating, edging, and broom finishingExecuting decorative concrete (exposed, stamped, or specialty finishes)Assisting with forming, rebar placement, and site prepReading site conditions and adjusting finish techniques accordinglyMaintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites Requirements: Minimum 3 years concrete finishing experience (required)Proven ability to produce clean, consistent finishesExperience with decorative concrete is requiredValid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required)Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work in outdoor conditions and handle physically demanding workAble to work efficiently within a crew and take direction when needed Assets (Not Required but Strongly Preferred): Experience operating a power trowelSkid steer or equipment experienceExperience on larger commercial pours What We Offer:Competitive wages based on experienceOpportunity for advancement within a growing companyWork with professional crews and modern equipmentPotential for year-round employment with winter operations If you want a crew that actually cares about quality and takes pride in their work, this is where you want to be.- Location Regina, SK
