<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are looking for a <b><strong>Welding Equipment Repairer</strong></b> to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair welding and cutting equipment. The successful candidate will work with MIG, TIG and Stick welding machines, plasma cutting equipment, and related industrial equipment.</p><p><b><strong>Main duties include:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair welding and cutting equipment.</li><li>Diagnose electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment problems.</li><li>Repair or replace defective components and parts.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.</li><li>Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and performance.</li><li>Use multimeters and other <span class="long-word">electrical/electronic</span> diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.</li><li>Assist with assembly, testing and calibration of welding equipment.</li><li>Work with MIG, TIG, Stick and plasma cutting equipment.</li><li>Assist with robotic and collaborative robot (cobot) welding equipment and automation systems.</li><li>Maintain service and repair records.</li><li>Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li></ul></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>About Canaweld<br/>Headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Canaweld is a premier Canadian designer and manufacturer of high-performance welding equipment, plasma cutters, and automated welding systems.
