Free parking *What would I need to do at BOOMburger?* · Work with the Manger to provide exceptional customer service and help the team do the same · As part of the Management team, lead the team. Training, leadership and coaching of our staff · Take action! Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations · Help ensure operational excellence! Prepare and serve food, order products, monitor operations, report on various results · Balance cash and complete cash reports · Monitor revenues and labour expense and modify staffing to achieve labour goals · Ensure food safety, health and safety, responsible alcohol service are being properly followed · Create a positive environment for the team *Skills and Qualifications:* * Management and leadership experience is essential * Strong customer service skills * A team builder and someone who can identify and develop talent * A self starter who takes initiative * High personal standards * Managing a team of 10 with some full time supervisors and other part time workers *Prior food service leadership experience is required.* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * On-site parking Experience: * Restaurant management: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
