<h3>Description</h3>Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing Canada Sales team. In this position you will work with our Telematics devices portfolio and help to build and develop a sales team based in Canada.Teltonika?s telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest  technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.In this role you will:<ul><li>Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics</li><li>Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base</li><li>Direct and manage the performance and development of your team</li><li>Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team</li><li>Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met</li><li>Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently</li><li>Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly</li><li>Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth</li><li>Ensure order tracking and correction</li><li>Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process</li></ul>What we expect of you:<ul><li>2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product</li><li>Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)</li><li>Experience in building and motivating sales team</li><li>Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Work type: Hybrid, Downtown Toronto.</li><li>Training: onboarding on Teltonika?s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance; RRSP/DPSP Retirement Savings Program, 3 weeks of Paid Vacation; 6 paid personal / sick days + day off on your Birthday; Half-Day Fridays Throughout the Summer.</li><li>Work Environment: Multicultural and diverse environment which highly values knowledge and exchange of ideas, supportive and positive attitude in the team</li><li>Knowledge Growth: Internal sessions for knowledge sharing to achieve constant professional growth</li><li>Working hours: Standard Working hours; Summer hours (short days on Fridays) for June and July months</li><li>Salary: Base salary depending on experience + uncapped commissions.
