*Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Truck and Coach Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for heavy equipment will drive success! In this energized role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial trucks, buses, and industrial equipment. We value proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute their technical talents to a thriving organization. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on trucks, coaches, and heavy machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. * Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance. * Repair and service specialized equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, and industrial equipment. * Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and electrical testing devices to execute repairs accurately and efficiently. * Operate heavy equipment safely during repair or testing procedures while adhering to all safety protocols. * Interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues. * Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed for compliance and future reference. *Skills* * Proven dealership or heavy equipment repair experience with a strong mechanical background. * Familiarity with excavator, crane, forklift, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment maintenance. * Skilled in welding, electrical troubleshooting, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand tools and power tools. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using appropriate techniques or lifting equipment. * Experience with automotive repair including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems. * Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and assembly processes for various industrial applications. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
