Why is my user account under review?
To protect a user’s personal information, Job Bank may review an account to confirm that the person it belongs to is the only one using it, in accordance with Job Bank’s Terms of Use.
While your user account is under review, you will not be able to sign in to Job Bank.
A user account contains personal information and must only be used by the person it belongs to. Protect your password and security questions, and do not share your user account with anyone, including third parties, your family members or colleagues.
