*Job Posting: Part-Time CASA Assistant (RECE)* *Location:* Alexandra Ridge Montessori *Hours:* Monday?Friday, 12:00 PM ? 4:00 PM Alexandra Ridge Montessori is seeking a warm, reliable, and nurturing *Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)* to join our team as a *Part-Time CASA Assistant*. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children in a calm, respectful Montessori environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist with daily lunch routines, including supervision and supporting independence * Help guide children through the transition from lunch to nap/rest time * Maintain a peaceful, organized classroom environment * Support the lead educator in implementing Montessori principles and classroom expectations * Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional needs of all children are met *Qualifications:* * Valid RECE certification and in good standing * Current First Aid & CPR (Level C) certification * Clear Vulnerable Sector Check * Experience working with children ages 2.5?6 is an asset * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset *Compensation:* * $23.75 ? $26.76 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) *What We?re Looking For:* * A patient, caring, and dependable educator * Someone who values respect, independence, and child-led learning * A team player who contributes positively to the school community If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working in a supportive Montessori environment, we would love to hear from you! *To Apply:* Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
