Con-Tech General Contractors is looking to add Apprentices to our growing team. Construction Apprentices are essential for ensuring projects run smoothly and receive the proper help. They prepare sites for work, unload materials, assist other tradesmen, clean up after demolition, assist in building temporary structures and many other scopes of work. We need an experienced and responsible construction worker like you to join our honest and reputable construction company that is renowned for treating employees with respect and fairness. Job Responsibilities * Operate a variety of hand and power tools. * Follow all safety procedures on the job site. * Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis. Job Skills & Qualifications · Required: · Valid driver?s license · Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends · Ability to lift heavy equipment · Excellent stamina · High school diploma or equivalent Con-Tech is a strong supporter of the _Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification_ program and provides opportunities for capable team members to pursue apprenticeship training.
