Job responsibilities: * Attending front desk customers, receiving orders and sorting for the further processing * Bagging/Packaging of final cleaned and ironed clothes * Basic computer knowledge * Reporting to Manager -Plant Operations * Good organizational skills and team work * Monday to Saturday * Working hours may vary (35 to 40 hours a week) Job Duties: * Answer incoming customer inquiries * Record customer information within our customer service database * Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns * Sort and pack garments * Other duties as requested * Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.60 per hour Work Location: In person- Location St. Catharines, ON
