Tasks: Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes. Act as spokesperson for an organization. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys. Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns. Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies. Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Review written material, such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations and press releases. Implement new strategies and programs touching public relations. Develop social programs.
