Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, the Manager, Corporate Communications, curates and executes the day-to-day content for Bell Media's English media site, The Lede as well as BellMedia.ca, and supporting the French media site, Salle de Presse. They develop initiatives to support and amplify the work of the Bell Media English PR team. Additionally, provide internal and external support for executive and corporate announcements and communications, Sales, out-of-home, and other internal communications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Corporate Communications PublicistWork with the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications on initiatives to support and amplify the work of the Bell Media PR teamSupport internal and corporate communications including executive town halls, notes, newsletters, etc.Manage internal and external communications for the Sales team, including notes from leaders to staff and clients, and press releases, pitching media, etc.Curate and edit content for The Lede, BellMedia.ca and Today's Lede StoriesProactively research and suggest new methods and tools to modernize Bell Media's English PR team, with focus on reaching new media contacts and measurable resultsIdentify gaps in content flow and knowledge base among team for The Lede, and third party media monitoring tools, and proactively suggest new resources/how-to documents to bridge the gapsMaintain resource and training materials for Bell Media PR teamCompile, edit daily content for Weekly Lede Stories, build plan to grow users of The Lede and Weekly Lede Stories Build plan and manage strategy to grow LinkedIn presence for executives and PR brandsAct as main point of contact for Bell Media PR team regarding The Lede, BellMedia.ca, Today's Lede Stories, and third-party media monitoring resourcesAct as main contact for web design and support company for day-to-day issues concerning The Lede and BellMedia.ca and management of critical pathMaintain consistent and ongoing social media strategy for @TheLede social handles, including working directly with English PR team to ensure posts from @CTV_PR, @TSN_PR, and @Crave_PR support the strategy. Work with Quebec team on best practices.Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Hosting, IT, Digital, Security and Sales as it pertains to The LedeManage statistical reports for The Lede, BellMedia.ca as well as Custom Scoring statistics for the teamOther duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsUniversity degree and/or diploma in Communications3-5 years' ex- Location Toronto, ON
